The customs declaration services include
everything from printing of declarations to performing of
customs formalities. We are able to prepare customs declarations
necessary for both importing of goods (import declarations)
and exporting of goods (export declarations). In addition,
we provide customs brokerage service, which includes payment
of customs charges (VAT and state duty) within 10-14 days
after preparing of the import declaration of goods. You need
not trouble yourself with handing over/picking up of customs
documents: OÜ Arco Agentuur arranges for safe delivery
of documents.
OÜ Arco Agentuur was founded in summer
1998. The foundation of OÜ Arco Agentuur was resulting
from rapid development of AS Arco Transport and the growing
customer base. All of our customs brokers have several years
of professional experience with the customs as well as both
practical and theoretical knowledge of customs documentation.
For better service of customers the office of OÜ Arco
Agentuuri is located in the Tallinn office of Arco Transport
Group at Kadaka 72A.
By today Arco Agentuur employs 7 customs brokers. The customers
of Arco Agentuur include the majority of AS Arco Transport's
customers and several recognised motorcar dealers in Tallinn.
Arco Agentuur performs the following services at the customs:
- Preparation of entry declaration - simple and fast customs procedures for transporting the goods over the customs border.
- Guaranteeing of transit transportations.
- Completion and preparation of import and export declarations, and if necessary, preparation of an invoice upon export of goods.
- Completion and preparation of EUR, CMR, TIR, ATA, T1 and Baltic transit customs documents at the customs.
- Documentation for temporary entry and exit - if necessary, providing of warranties to the customs.
- Extension of the payment term of customs charges.

Namely, in our system the transportation and customs operate as a single chain (upon ordering transportation, the customs formalities are automatically performed). We are able to prepare declarations in several different customs checkpoints located in Tallinn and the vicinity of Tallinn.
